Hi, I’m Dr. Brad Hartjes! I am the founder of Hartjes Dental Associates. I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, and received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Marquette University Dental School. I enjoy my profession, as it gives me the opportunity to help individuals and families achieve dental health and beauty.
For the past 30 years, my goal has been to provide excellent dental care to all of our patients. A large part of that is fulfilling my vision of “treating people the way you would like to be treated.” The most rewarding part of my job is painlessly fixing a patients problem or creating an aesthetic result that will put a smile on both of our faces.
Everyone is different and has their own unique story. I appreciate getting to know people and discovering what they are all about. It is very satisfying to show a patient who does not like going to the dentist, that a visit to our office is not only comfortable but enjoyable.
I have had the opportunity of treating many amazing patients who also have become friends over the years, and I look forward to building many more friendships in the years to come.
Truly caring for my patients means not only being kind and gentle, but also staying current on advances in dentistry. By staying current, I can provide the most up-to-date and best care possible. I participate in many continuing education classes through the Greater Dane Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Association. I have been a member of the Seattle Study Club of Madison, which is a group of local dentists and specialists who discuss the latest techniques for treating different dental issues.
I am originally from Little Chute, just southwest of Green Bay. My wife Susan and I have lived in Middleton for more than 30 years. We have three lovely daughters, Kristin, Michelle, and Jennifer, two grandchildren, and an Airedale terrier, Riley.
When I’m not at the office, I love being outside doing almost anything, but I really enjoy biking, paddle boarding, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and traveling. Like any good Wisconsinite, I also love cheering on the Packers and the Badgers!
Living in Middleton for so long and raising my family here has led me to have a deep commitment to the community’s vitality and success. I have been a member of the Middleton Chamber of Commerce and the Middleton Optimist Club for 30 years. I also volunteer to help those in need locally with the Touched Twice Clinics, Mission of Mercy, and Give Kids A Smile.
I look forward to meeting you and serving your dental needs!
